    A coffee with SuperCreamer (keto creamer with MCT oil) first thing in the morning. You won't feel hungry for hours. Then a TwoGood low carb yogurt with almonds and blueberries around 10.

    Oatmeal those instant kind never fill me up same with one minute type. 5 minute better steel cut is amazing
