Weigh-In's

How often do you weigh yourself?
I find if I weigh myself every morning it gives me a mental re-start. I don't fluctuate daily in my weight like I know some people do. I'm pretty spot on...

So...are you an everyday weigher or a once a week type person?

    I weigh everyday. I can go several days at the same weight, but my overall trend is still down.

    Daily and track it using Happy Scale to get a moving average. It keeps me focused on my goal each day and gives a more accurate picture of my weight loss than weighing less frequently. I’ve also learned a lot about how and why my weight fluctuates which a lot of the time makes me less frustrated when the scale goes up or doesn’t change.

    I weigh every morning and have a spreadsheet where I keep track of the trend (I have lots of fluctuations).
    I've been losing weight since August so the fluctuations don't bother me, just more info to understand how my body works :smile:
