Calorie deficit but no loss

Hi everyone, been using MFP for several years on and off and have more often than not had success but this time I am struggling to lose at all and even though I have programed on a 1lb weekly weightloss and have been in the green every day for over 3 weeks I am not losing - thoughts?!?

    Three weeks is a bit early to conclude that things aren't working (I would give it another week or two), but generally if you aren't losing then you aren't in a deficit. It may be worth looking at your logging to see if there are some common errors that may be keeping you from hitting the goal you think you are (I looked, but your diary is closed).
