Want to start exercising . That has never been something I liked or wanted to do. Been sedentary most of my later years more so since had 2 open heart surgeries. I weigh 257 pounds and need to lose weight. So decided to eat better and exercise to be a healthier me. So thought I'd start a challenge doing 20 minutes exercises 5 days a week. Care to join me?
