Hi team!
After some supportive mates who are also in a similar position to myself. Female based in Melbourne Australia. I have an open food diary and I'm also doing the below:
IF 16:8.
Personal training 3x per week + various cardio.
Aiming to be healthy, happy and lose around 20-30 kilos.
