    Great show for when you have a bad day. Very uplifting. Or maybe I'm just getting hormonal in my old(ish) age. :lol:

    Troy (better than the movie)
    Roman Empire (Docudrama covering a few of the more (in)famous emperors)
    Medici (season 1)
    Ottoman (light cheese, but a good telling of the actual story of the fall of Constantinople from the Ottoman side)
    Knightfall (fantasy based in real history)

    There are some others I can't recall. Lots of good historical stuff out there right now. All with varying degrees of accuracy, but pretty spot on in authenticity.

    Good mystery with lots of twists. Action set in Congo and mining.

    To those who said Schitt's Creek - yes! It's such a funny show.

    Dark - I third this! It is a great twisted and super confusing show. One of the most unique shows I have ever seen. It's in German but you can switch to English dub or use subtitles.

    Haunting of Hill House - one of the best shows on Netflix IMO. Yes, it's scary, but it tells a beautiful story of a family, has incredible cinematography, superb acting, and creates a mood that pulls you in. BOO!

    Nailed It! - Because Nicole Buyer is hilarious, and this show is great to turn your brain off for a bit.
