Half Marathon Prep (Beginner)

Options
Hiya! Just created this account today.

I signed up for my first half marathon and I am super pumped for this opportunity to challenge myself! My race is at the end of November, so I feel like I still have time to train. Currently, I am not following any running plans; just running intuitively :# I'm a fairly slow runner, but I don't mind. I am up to 6 miles with a 12:30 pace. My goal for my training is to run the entire 13.1 B)

Looking for people who are interested in running, current runners, or anyone that wants to cheer me on while I go through this process.

I followed Hal Higdon HM at level 2 beginner and I thought it worked really well. I bought the book and put the workouts on my gcal, adjusting a bit to fit my weekly schedule.

I will have to look into Hal Higdon. I think it would more beneficial if I start following a plan Thanks!
