Courgetti bolognese

As a type2 diabetic I am dabbling with lower carb swap outs and today tried courgetti spaghetti with my bolognese. Some people call it zoodles? Very pleasantly surprised and definitely doing it again!

    fiber gourmet also makes low carb pasta, 16g of carbs, 100 calories per 56g serving

    its exactly like regular pasta

    Thanks but I am UK not USA so not really suitable.

    I'm Canadian and there is stores where I can order online this product because they carry it so I was just suggesting it so that maybe you might be able to find a website that sells it in your area I only link you to the website so that you could view the product

    But whatever what do I care
