Calorie intake?

Hi guys ,I need a little guidance about the app, as i lose weight should my calorie intake be going up? It was 1,690 but now its gone up to 1,920?

Did you change your weight loss rate or activity level? A slower weight loss rate or higher activity level would explain higher calories.
Activity level and weight loss rate being equal, the calorie goal should go down, not up, as you lose weight, since a smaller body burns less calories.3 -

Im going to be completely honest and say I dont know how to use to app completely ,
If you're using a Fitbit or some other body activity tracking device, your calories may fluctuate during the day.
If you are using a Fitbit, try going to the Fitbit Group here and read the FAQs (it's the 5th thread down)....
