Hi! My name is Cassandra and My goal is to lose 30-40 pounds by the end of 2020 or before preferably. I’ve been doing meal replacements with smoothies for breakfast and lunch and having a meal for dinner for about 3 weeks now but just recently started tracking calories and macros this Sunday. I’ve learned a lot on MFP the past few days and hoping I can stick to this weight loss journey. My very first attempt at actually losing weight. It’s great to see all the advise and tips on this platform.
