I just started yesterday

I currently weigh 171 lbs, standing 5ft. My friend said I carry my weight well because I can still fit in medium-large or size 8-10 clothing. But still, I don't feel healthy and would like to lose the flab. I can't really find time to workout as I have an 8hr a day desk job and a daughter at home. Is there anyone out there who has the same dilemma as me? I'm hoping to find friends here for motivation and support. Add me please :)
