Resetting goals and macros

I’ve been tracking since the beginning of the year and seeing some progress but very little. However the first month to two was trying to decrease some of my big culprits like flavored coffees and wine so took some time to deplete those to special occasions.
I’m currently 194lbs, 5’3” and my calories are set to 1200 based on what my doctor told me. I’ve done a macro calculator and it is suggesting for fat loss with sedentary
Here are your calculated macros:
Total Calories: 1686 kcal
Protein: 128 grams
Carbs: 168 grams
Fats: 56 grams
This seems like a lot but I’m willing to give a try if I can see results in a few weeks.
I have been trying to figure out how I go about changing my setting on calorie and macros but not having luck.
Anyone have any pointers on the app?
