I'd say.
Started at 253 pounds.
Now about 191 pounds. I've lifted heavy since I started in November 2011.
209 pounds to 191.5 pounds0 -
well there's both... i.e women who are still obese and lifting huge amounts of weights and getting leaner.... and also those who've got really lean already. Sorry I don't have much to contribute... I used to be obese now doing powerlifting, but was mostly doing it wrong until recently. I could have done better if i'd done it correctly from the start.
I was hoping more people would have replied by now because there's loads on here...0 -

Heck yeah! I was at nearly 40% bodyfat when I started lifting. I've progressively gotten heavier and heavier with my lifting. I'm down to 28% now, lost almost 40 pounds.0
