I'm wondering how I remove the kilojoules that are added on for exercise? I want these to just be a bonus and not be added onto the kilojoules that I can eat?

Mfp is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories. Why are you not wanting to properly fuel your workouts?3

Don't enter them? If they come in automatically stop syncing with MFP?
But you're better off eating them for health, performance, and long term weight sustainability reasons.3 -
It's just to give me a weight loss boost for the first few weeks...thanks NorthCascades...I'll just leave them off til Mid May then I'll take your advice Harper and start logging them to fuel my workouts that will be expanding to full week workouts by then.
