Calories in takeaway

Hi I'm looking for rough idea of calories in the following takeaway (and what do I select in all the items for my diary)
Small chicken kebab - made up of cubed chicken breast marinated in herbs, and cooked on a bbq grill. Served with a white pitta and mixed salad.

    Find something in the options that looks close, and use that.

    After you've logged food at home for a while, you'll be better able to estimate take out.

    Of course there is no way we can answer your question. Size, portion, etc. all matter.
