I’ve been eating around 800 calories a day. I don’t feel hungry and I’ve lost a lot of weight. I’m eating around 50% protein though. How do I make sure I’m not losing all my muscle?

Everyone loses muscle when they lose weight.
At 800 calories a day, I'd be worried about a lot more than muscle. Well, that's not true. The heart is a muscle.
You're going to crash and burn, and it will be sooner rather than later. Why are you eating so little?5 -

Eat more than 800 calories per day.7 -
People can seem to be very cutting on here sometimes, but it’s often for your own good, if you can get over the initial sting of the comments. The temptation is always there to eat as low as you can, to get to where you want to faster. At the end of the day, we are all adults here and make our own decisions, be they the right ones or not. However, 1200 is often the very minimum amount the average person should eat to avoid damaging the heart and other internal organs as well as causing other health issues. I wish you the very very best in your weight loss journey, but I would urge you to rethink the 800 calories. ❤️3
