I broke a 2 1/2 month plateau in June, lost 10 more pounds and have been stuck again for the last 5 weeks. I'm not worried about it, frustrating as it is, I realize it is normal but it still makes me mad. I have upped my exercise, which I still do every day and I have actually switched to TDEE 2 weeks ago, so I increased my calories on average about 200. My clothes fit better, I feel stronger, yada, yada, yada. Yet, I am sad to admit that I occasionally make poor choices with the thought of "What difference will it make? The scale won't move anyway."

"I'm kind of tired this morning. I think I will just go for a walk instead of doing The Firm video."
"I think I will have a cheeseburger and fries tonight."
"I could really use a donut right now or even a diet pepsi."

Of course these are small things that I don't do on a daily basis, thank Gawd, but it still runs through my mind. Anyone else do this?
