You can have a lot of good veggies for little calories. Then you are having real food for your snacks.0

So eat veggies instead of having that shake would be better?0

What are your goals? Just filling calories? More protein, what are you looking to accomplish with a supplement that you can't do with real food? Generally complete meal supplements aren't recommended for a healthy person unless it's just an occasional thing. I wouldn't start doing it on the regular.2

Like cmriverside said, it really depends on your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, then eating real food, but that has lower calories, will probably be better than a shake.0 -

I'm not really getting the issue - if you work night shift and you sleep during the day, cant you just eat more of your food at night?
Thats what I did when I worked shift work.
