Training for first marathon

Hi! I’m a mother of 2. My youngest is 2 months old. Starting back with some new goals! I’m training for my first marathon in November. Fingers crossed COVID doesn’t cancel it.
Running was my first fitness love back in high school. By college I was still running but started lifting. After college I started competing in powerlifting. Now with the gyms all closed I’ve picked up running outdoors again and loving it. I’m also a Baptiste- inspired yoga teacher. Would love to connect with more people on here. We can encourage each other.

That’s super exciting! I love training for events it makes the tough days of not wanting to eat healthy or exercise seem like there’s a purpose. My Why is Half Dome this summer. Feel free to add me!0
