Let’s do the one warp again!
It’s just a jump to the left...
So I am starting over. I was at 265-ish last year and am now 226 and 5’8”. My weight loss stalled for a number of reasons, but I’m starting again. After all, I’m stuck in my house for another month (according to my work) so why not. I’m logging diligently and after a bad day today and yesterday (the carbs, the carbs!) I have to wonder, how much was I eating to gain this much weight? I mean I’ve had today bacon and eggs and a piece of pizza and a kids milkshake and I’m STILL only at 1200 kCals, and yesterday I binged and ate 2300 and was STILL in a deficit.

Love the Rocky Horror reference; haven’t danced The Time Warp for quite awhile! I’m confident that using mfp will help you to figure out your diet.0
