Bone Broth, Fat Removed

I’ve made beef bone broth for collagen and protein, I’ve chilled it down and removed all the fat. ( roast potatoes on Sunday are going to taste very good! )
How do I calculate bone broth macros now the fat is removed? I can take the weight of the fat and work out the macros of that using beef dripping, but can I alter a recipes macros as it stands?
Only work round I can find is take the macros, minus the beef dripping and manual add with the altered macros.
Is there an easier way?
