Hello everybody.
My name is Ian and I'm 49 years old.
MFP helped me lose 14kgs over a 9 month period and I managed to keep my weight stable for 3 years.
Unfortunately during lockdown I've put 7kgs back on. Working from home has meant easy access to my fridge and cupboards.
Today I decided to log my food again as I know this will 100% work for me again.
It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle!
Ian

Hi Ian! I know that feeling of being stuck at home and the easy access to food. I've done the same thing and I'm back to logging foods and holding myself accountable again.1
