Intermittent fasting

I started IF two weeks ago on glucose fuel system, didn’t lose anything but it does reset your genes and hormones and gives your organs a rest especially your liver pancreas where all of your chemical reactions take place so it’s about being kind to your body but now I started ketogenic diet and because I’m running on ketones, I am losing weight so it is definitely a good tool to use in conjunction with a kind of diet.

There is no proof that IF does any of what you are claiming here. And the weight loss you have experienced with keto so far is primarily water weight, which is what happens in the first couple of weeks.
To lose weight, all one needs to do is be in a calorie deficit. If keto helps you do that great. If IF helps you do that great. But there are no magical metabolic advantages to either of them. Weight/ fat loss comes down to energy (calories) in being less than energy out. The best way to accomplish this is the way that makes it easiest and most sustainable for an individual.9 -
". . . reset your genes and hormones and gives your organs a rest especially your liver pancreas where all of your chemical reactions take place . . ."?
Really not how human bodies work. We've got chemical reactions from one end to the other and everywhere in between 24x7, plus a digestive tract that's full of stuff that isn't even genetically "us", and through which it takes up to 50+ hours for food to transit, much longer than most typical fasting cycles. Might want to keep studying human physiology.
I'm sincerely happy that IF (plus keto) is working well for you, as it does for quite a few people. Perhaps more profound benefits for it will be proven someday, perhaps not, but if it's working for you, and is sustainable long-term, that's great. It's not my jam, and that's OK, too.6 -

Careful there with resetting your genes and hormones. You might end up as a pig (genetically very close to humans), or as a horseshoe crab (not quite so similar). And hormones are dangerous as well. You might boost your testosterone, or end up in menopause right away. Honestly, I would keep my fingers off this. It's dangerous. Heck, look at me: I started out as a sheep, but now I'm a leaf sheep just because I reset my genes.6
