I am currently doing this and am on week 6. I have been inputting mine as Circuit Training, not sure exactly how accurate it is, but a good estimate. Only way to know for sure is with an HRM, really would like to get one.
what week are you on?0 -
I have been doing some of the Pump workouts as companions to the Les Mills Combat workouts - only real way to judge your burn is a heart rate monitor and even that may not be accurate due to weight lifting burning calories a bit differently then pure cardio - since my HRM batteries were dead have been guessing based on how I feel compared to how I felt from other workouts that I know the burn on. Now that my HRM is fixed I may find that I overestimated0
