Let’s keep that heart rate up! Looking for like minded people to push each other to keep sweating and eating healthy!

Main objective of the group:
-Create new & interesting HIIT/Functional Training workouts
-Figure out how to challenge ourselves for the next workout.
- Finding alternatives/sources/articles/videos and sharing about form/technique/general information.
-We can do live workouts on a conference
