1st June seems like a good day to start. I am hypothyroid and have tried many times to loose but get discouraged by not being able to loose. Have tried keto and it works but I can’t sustain it enough without getting sick. (Long story).
Anyway, here I am.
Have been very sedentary through COVID, working from home. Normally I have a 40 min walk in my commute. But now have been working extra hours rather than getting out and walking outside. Need some motivation ...
