has anyone tried fitify?

I am trying to add some variation to my home workouts, and so far I love the app (free version) but I wonder if I can trust the calories burned. Has anyone tried it and compared? I am reducing by half what it tells me, but I wonder if I am being too cautious.

    Do they ask for your weight?

    If not, they are going for some default weight person, and likely just found a database entry of exercise that was most similar to their program.

    Might find their FAQ's or footnotes on the matter and see.

    Or find your own database entry that matches the movements.
