    25 June 204.6 (So, 205 was a long-term goal, the weight that would get me to "normal" on BMI, and get my Drs to stop nagging me about weight loss. There's only one thing to say about this...) ola.gif

    11 June- 145.8 lb, Changed things up a bit lastnight and it seems to have worked! No simple carbs & reduced the size of my dinner :) I'm going to continue doing this!!
    12 June- 144.4 lb, Nice drop! I think I might have been a little dehydrated this morning when I weighed myself though. Not sure how "real" this number is. Only time will tell. Still in the right direction though!! #win

    14 June- 144.8 lb, Not too surprised here. I woke up in the middle of the night and drank a big glass of water & it took forever to fall back asleep.
    15 June- 143 lb, There we go!
    16 June- 144.2 lb, What? WHY?? This up and down stuff needs to stop. Overall, still dropping though.
    17 June- 144.4 lb, Welp. Could be a couple of different factors at play here... Not worried about it.
    18 June- 145.2 lb, TOM started. I knew it!!! I my cravings were BAD yesterday. Just have to wait this out.
