An NSV..... Of sorts

So, after re-starting this journey at the start of the year I have slowly lost 12KG. Its been slow, and I had a full month (at the start of lockdown) of absolutely no loss when I nearly gave up.
But
people are really starting to notice..... all the time, I'm fitting into much smaller clothes, I am walking at least an hour a day, and I am obsessing about step count, sometimes even jogging on the spot in virtual meetings to keep moving.

I have some way still to go but the great thing is...... I'm beginning to believe I can do this again, and that is the best NSV I could hope for!
