How to adapt my strength training?

Hi everyone! I've been doing bodyweight training every day for about 10 days. I started on day 1 with 1 reps of everything and then added 1 rep every day so that my body didn't hit a plataeo. However I'm on day 10 and some things are getting too hard. How do I change it up without adding more reps? Thanks

Did you come up with the program on your own or did it come from someone/somewhere?0

Find a program. Or you can just do more sets instead of more reps. But you would probably do better following a program.0

Add a set. Something along the lines of these two things. These are just examples and you can change them to fit you as a individual.
1. So if you worked up to one set of 10 reps, next time do two sets of 8 reps or something that challenges you. So by the time you complete the second set of eight it might be the correct stimulus reached.
2. Or you could add a set of 7-8 reps after the first set of 9-10.
Depending on your fitness level, this routine might be appropriate for you. I would certainly start researching resistance training that includes equipment and time you have available in the mean time.0
