How many grams in one cup ?

They aren't really convertible. Cups are volume, grams are weight. A cup of something like lettuce will weigh alot less than a cup of something more dense, like peanuts1

A cup is ≈240 ml. Not exactly, but close enough.
Incidentally, if this is for a recipe, it's always been a pet peeve of mine when they use volume for things which can easily and accurately be weighed.1
