Im 119 pounds and 4 foot 11.
I lift weights 4 days a week, do hiit 3x a week for 20 minutes and do a hour of bike everyday. I do the 4.3 diet 3x a week eating 600 calories and on the other days i eat normal trying to eat some sort of protein for meals.

I always thought weight loss and fat loss are the same thing, but ive just learn they actually aren't. I lose a pound a week doing the diet.
Will my routine get me to lose fat loss?

If you want to lose mostly fat and want to retain as much muscle as possible in a deficit, make sure you are following a progressive lifting routine, get adequate protein (0.8-1g per lb goal weight) and chose a not too steep deficit for your goals. As you get closer to goal I would go to 0.5lb per week. You seem to be doing a lot of intense cardio with the HIIT and biking everyday, keep in mind that can interfere with your lifting recovery and impact your progress. Make sure you prioritize whichever is your goal.
