Oven dish fish. Guess the calories

A local fish shop gave me this dish as a add-on short before they closed for the day a while ago. Shops generally don't have calorie information, and I never really go there. The dish: https://imgur.com/a/EuJooMu
The dish is currently 420gr without the bowl, but frozen solid. From what I can see there's a thin layer of cheese on top, it's mostly salmon, white fish and potato. I can't eat egg, thus I will remove that once it's defrosted. I'm currently discussing with myself whether to divide this into 2 or 3 dinners, which is difficult as I have no idea how many calories this might contain. On the website of the shop I read that they offer varying ready-made products, including a creamy ovendish with salmon and cod. At the moment I can't see whether there's cream inside. If there's any it can't be much. Hmpf... thus: help!

If you can't eat egg, and it has egg, how can you assume it will be safe to eat if you remove the visible egg? If i were allergic, I wouldn't risk it.
Sadly the photo won't load for me.2 -

Easy 600-700 as shown.
But hey, unless you are starving, maybe skip eating this mess? There is too much "frozen" here that should never be frozen.
Hm yeah. Egg should not be frozen and has already been binned. Cheese? Not sure. I did get an answer for the shop on what's in it: it's really just cod, salmon, potato, chicory and cheese. And a bit of chilli. No creme, no oil or similar. It's not as bad as I thought.0
