I just started a medicine that makes it hard to tell if I’m full so I have to be super disciplined to not eat too much. There are a lot of obstacles to losing weight. I need to turn them into opportunities to find new low calorie foods to fill up on. I hope I can make this work and not gain any weight. Tonight I had cucumbers after dinner because I just wanted to eat a little more. Now I am done for the night.0
