Do you have one or many? Are they useful to you? What's on yours?

I dont know what a vision board is but if its motivational images, no I dont use them. I know that I want to lose weight so I work at that. Having a picture of a skinnier me (or someone else), sayings to prevent me from eating, or whatever is not going to help me lose weight.

(FWIW - I am not a creative person so it would never appeal to me, even if I needed motivation)

But if it works for you, then go for it.
  • I have a few folders on my computer with my images. I'm a highly visual person, so they help me out quite a bit. I have images of the type of legs I would like to have, the type of arms I would like to have, the waist, back, collar bones (this is a big one for me), fingers and such that are my goals. The folders aren't just confined to weight loss goals. I have images of people with their hair the length I want it and skin tone the colour I want mine (which will probably never happen, but one can dream), and hazel eyes, which I'm hoping to have at one point in my life, genetics willing.
