How to put my routine in to workouts

How do I just simply put a 25 minute High impact routine into the app - without having to list every sodding push-up? I just want a ballpark figure of calories and I can’t see how to do it. If I tap one of the ready set up routines which are similar it just seems to offer a trial whereas I’m trying to enter it into my diary as an equivalent workout

If you don't want to enter specific activities, creating a routine is probably the wrong fit for you. It's based on entering specific quantities and times. Have you considered logging it as a general database entry? I personally wouldn't worry too much about the calorie burn from activities like push-ups, but I know that some people will choose a general entry like "calisthenics."0

Log it under cardio. Pick an entry that looks most like what you did. The strength log only lists exercises, it does not give you calorie counts.0

I think OP is referring to the (relatively new) "routines" feature, which allows you to build a routine and log it. It does give a calorie count, but it looks like it's heavily inflated.2 -
Maybe just log it under cardio as.calisthenics, using the total workout time. Probably close enough.0

Almost log it as calisthenics as mentioned for 1 hr to get a figure for calorie burn. Note that number.
Go create your own Cardio exercise with a name that is descriptive enough for you to keep workouts separate - if that's what you are trying to do.
Like maybe you have one "Heavy burpee & JJ, light pushup/pullups, other", and then another routine is described differently.
Make the calorie burn the same as what you noted.
Now when you use your custom workout, just change the time and the calories should be taken care of.
And if you want the naming slightly unique so you can tell what you did on what day for review - there ya go.
