I can’t seem to find a listing for grilled boneless skinless chicken thighs that I trust. No green check marks either. What’s everyone using?

I typically log it as 160 calories per 4 ounces raw. This will be an overestimate since you'll have some loss with cooking. I don't like to weigh food after cooking so I've just always done it that way... If I don't want to weigh anything, I just take pounds in package divide by # of thighs to get ounces per thigh. I hope that made sense.4

The USDA legacy database lists 100g of dark meat chicken as having 113 calories. I'd use the MFP database listing "Chicken, roasting, dark meat, meat only, raw" and go from there.2
