Crossfit

I am 28yrs, 5 4, 128lbs and 21% body fat. I work out with weights X4 week with my personal trainer and I my aim is to get my body fat percentage down to 18% and I am eating at a calorie deficit to achieve this. The food I do eat is very healthy and it is a balanced diet. I have managed to lose 3% body fat in 2 months with losing any muscle mass. In fact, I have become stronger. I want to know if a couple of crossfit classes per week would help me achieve my goal of losing the last 3% body fat and gain strength and endurance. Or would this cause me to lose muscle mass? Let me know what you think.

I would just add 2x per week standard cardio to your current routine. It will build endurance, and help establish a calorie deficit.
Crossfit on top of your current routine would probably be too much.0
