Hello!
I have flabby triceps that look like wings under my arms. I hate it!
At the gym, i alternate between a cardio workout and a strengthening work out, so i usually squeeze in a week 2 or 3 strength workouts. They always includes triceps (either dips from a step or the classic motion of extending your arm and folding, putting the weight behind the head). When i do this motion i lift a one kilo weight per arm and i couldn't tell you how many reps we do in a typical session. I just know it hurts like hell and it's a real nightmare to go through. LOL! the whole thing is really.
I know this is not enough to "clip my wings" and i am ready to devote some time everyday to do so.
I simply don't know which method is the best ? How many reps a day ? Should i work on my wings everyday ? every other day ?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

For your strength training you should not do triceps every day. Your muscles will require rest between days. If you find yourself wanting to train every day, alternate muscle groups. For example, your arms one day, your legs the next.0

If they're flabby and hanging like wings when you flex your arms, then it's fat and skin, not muscle, and unfortunately you can't target fat loss with specific exercises. You just have to reduce fat in general, with a calorie deficit, and be patient. Eventually the fat will come off from that area.
Strength training is great for you though, and will help you to retain your muscle mass as you lose weight. To properly strength train, you will need to increase the weights beyond 1 kg.0 -
I agree with the previous posters. You should not exercise the same muscle everyday, you need to give them time to rest and try to up your weight a little.
I do 25 lb weights for overhead tricep extensions and still have flabby armsI know it has a lot to do with your diet as well so just try to work on both

Thank you for your answers!
For now, i cannot really go beyond 1 kg as everything is aching and shaking as it is...lol. Hopefully, i will be able to increase with time!
Ok for the rest days, that's also a point i needed confirmation on.0
