Hi I’ve been using my fitness pal up for 12 days, the first week I lost a massive 5lb. I’m working out 5 times a week using an app which I’ve been doing for nearly a month. Total beginner when it comes to exercising and dieting as I’ve always been lucky but now it’s caught up with me. I want to lose about 2 stone.
