    What’s not dumb these days is the question.

    Like I stood outside Marshall’s, in line for over 20mins because I needed a bathing suit and nothing else was open. I finally reach inside but the shelves are cleared out with signs saying ‘stocking up soon’ and the clothes are from last season- winter time ... you’d think they’d give you a heads up so that you don’t waste your time right ? Wrong.
