Caught myself slipping.

The last few months has been a train wreck. I keep lying to myself about working out and finding it hard to get back on track. What keeps ya guys going?

Making sure I don't go back to where I started.0

I just track everything with no pressure to stay under calories. Its my one goal for a week or two. Just track honestly because like who else is this for but me and its silly to lie to myself. The calories are still happening. After a few days I tend to find myself slowly coming back down as the act of tracking gets me back in step.
I also like to do a challenge occasionally. So my recent one was 30 day yoga. Yoga with Adriene does "30 days of yoga" every January. So I took a month and did all 30 in that time. If I missed one day I did it the next day. It got me back into good habits.3
