New to the app, wanting to lose 42lbs and looking for weight loss buddies

Hi Everyone, so I'm new to app and have linked my fitbit to it. I'm looking for losing weight/exercise buddies to motivate each other so that my new life style sticks and I dont put the weight back on, I'm sick of yo-yo-ing. I'm doing the coach to 5k app, daily walking, bit of yoga and strength exercises to help with the fitness, toning and strengthening. Not sure how you connect with new people on here and/or if there is little daily competitions for exercise/steps etc like on my fitbit?

    Hi, rialgate, I'd be interested. I need to lose 20 pounds, maybe 30, but I have to lose the 20 first. I'm doing an hour of exercise daily, mostly biking, but I'm also eating low carb with intermittent fasting (I don't eat until noon, and then again at 7pm).
