Consistency Club Day 6...... Almost a week WOO!

Okay! Day 6.... All about consistency... In choices, and moving forward each day no matter the choices the day before. I slept in late today. Have not done that in a bit. I felt a heaviness this morning. Pulling out of that. Time for a workout on the TOTAL Gym. First day just tried it out. Second day found a 3 week total body challenge. 45 min each day. It was CHALLENGING LOL. Today is day two. I feel my muscles today which is great! Some soreness feels like it is working. I watched a David Wolfe short video yesterday on eating at least 51% raw foods. Gave some great ideas to try as I work my way there. Especially a way to have a coffee smoothie in the morning that is all raw and cold and frozen. Here in AZ where it is over 100 degrees each day, that is a good thing. Happy Saturday all!

I hope to have lost at least 2 pounds. We shall see.
