Weight Gain Plateau

I’m currently stuck at 120 and don’t understand why. I am doing a 3,000 calorie intake everyday (majority of it being carbs and protein) as well as light exercise (although I have an extremely fast metabolism). Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?

If you aren't gaining over a period of time then you need to increase your calories. Start with 150 and go up from there. Are you tracking your intake? Weighing your food everyday? Sometimes you think you are eating a certain amount everyday but you might fall a bit short a few times a week which can knock you out of surplus.0
