Pizza problem

Hello. So I went out to eat tonight with some friends and decided to have a pizza. On the menu it said that it was 320 grams. I ate half the pizza (it was 8 slices, I ate 4) and took the rest home. I weighted the 4 slices on my scale and it showed 245 grams...So now I have no idea how much of the pizza I’ve actually had and how many calories it was. How many grams of pizza should I log in? Can the pizza change it’s weight after being cooked? I know I shouldn’t stress about this too much, especially because I rarely go out to eat, but it still bugs me :(

Pizza slices can vary in size. It’s up to you which you choose. Usually, I will err on the side of more calories, but it doesn’t really matter for things that you don’t eat often - it’ll be an estimate either way, and won’t have much long term impact.

I would log it as 245g eaten (so 490 total) just to be safe & work in a deficit over the next few days to make up the difference if needed.
