So I just made a box of the attached. It's Margaitaville Jamacian jerk shrimp. It's 600 calories for the entire box. But here's the piviot. I didn't eat all of the sauce, in fact I put it in a strainer and shook it up really good. LOTS of the oils fell out, leaving just the shrimp and some of the heavier spices.

I know it's a total shot in the dark but is there any estimation for how many calories I shed doing this. I won't be ever eating this again, I'm just curious how I should log it. I weighed the shrimp and it was just under 200g (the entire box would be 280g). Should I log it as 200g? because that would put it at about 470 calories which seems like a lot for just shrimp as an average shrimp cocktail is only about 200 calories for just the shrimp.

Link below to the product if anyone wants to help estimate.

    I'd log the 200 grams.

I'd probably log the whole thing and not worry about it, if it's a one-off.
