Am I reading this nutrition correctly?

Looked back at my lunch from the other day and realized that maybe something isn't adding up correctly.
Carbs and protein each are 4 calories per gram, right?
So if a sandwich has a total of 60 grams of carbs & protein, that should be 240 calories?
Add in another gram of fat for 9 calories, and the sandwich should total 249 calories, right?
If so, why is MFP showing this as only a total of 200 calories? Or am I missing something?

I'm going to guess it's something to do with the fiber in the bread that isn't included in the calorie count, different countries have different ways of labeling carbs and counting calories for fiber.
Or the entry could be incorrect, but since the name of the bread includes '40 calorie' the entry seems correct for giving 80 kcal for two slices.0
