Motivation needed, wt regain, depression

Need an accountability partner. I feel like I’m regaining the weight I’ve lost. Depression doesn’t help. I want to go the the gym 4-5 days a week and keep the calories between 12-1300. Looking for someone to hold me liable to eat right and stick to a routine. A little background. I work for a busy Dr office. On and off my feet all day walking at a fast pace. Drug reps bring us lunches on occasion but it a it’s not all healthy. There’s a cafeteria close by within good walking distance with better options. I use way too many excuses not to eat right and not to exercise. My “guilty pleasure” is dark chocolate. I tend to sway away from any eating right when my cycle hits.
