I've been overindulging on Ben and Jerry's lately. :( So I'm going to try and switch to something healthier and a lot cheaper. :)
I've made banana/frozen raspberries, banana/peanut butter(but didn't care for the banana overpowering taste.
That's as brave as I've gotten. :( Any favorites of yours?
Thanks!!

Thicker yogurts like skyr or Greek yogurt can be zhooshed up with all sorts of things. I suggest buying the plain, fat-free versions and then you can go to town with the toppings or add-ins you like.

Agreed, if banana isn’t OPs thing, Greek yogurt and Skyr are excellent. I get vanilla Greek yogurt and mix with sugar free pudding of different flavors (regular is too grainy) and it’s a thick, creamy sweet treat.

My favorite combo for banana ice cream is pb2 and cocoa powder - I like their impact on the texture. I also like just adding sprinkles.

I love it with cacao or cocoa powder blended in. It definitely tastes more chocolatey than banana-y. About a tbs cacao to 3-4 bananas. A friend suggested a mix of frozen bananas and frozen mango, I’m looking forward to trying that too!
